To add a user
- Open web browser. Type 10.10.10.1 (gateway IP), or type http://login.secureunibox.com/(domain name) and press Enter.
- UNIBOX Administration screen appears. Click Authentication tab.
- Click New User link (in the left pane) under Users link. Authentication:: New User page will appear.

Username |
Enter a unique username in the Username field. It must be of minimum 6 characters and maximum of 31 characters. |
Password |
Enter a password. It must be of minimum 6 characters. |
Confirm Password |
Re-enter the password. |
User Group |
Select the user group to which the user belongs from the User Group drop down menu. |
General Information |

Full Name |
Enter the full name of the user in the Full Name field. |

Enter a valid email id of the user in the Email field. |
Address |
Enter the address of the user in the Address field. |
City |
Enter the name of the city of the user in the City field. |
State |
Enter the name of the state of the user in the State field. |
Zipcode |
Enter the zip code in the Zipcode field. |
Country |
Select the name of the country of the user from the Country drop down menu. |
Home Phone |
Enter the residential phone number of the user in the Home Phone field. |
Cell Phone |
Enter the cellular phone number of the user in the Cel Phone field. |
Expiry Date |
Select the expiry date from the calendar. The user account will be deactivated from that date. |
Session Restrictions |

Sessions Per Day |
Enter the number of sessions allowed for the users in the group in a given day in the Sessions Per Day field. If the value is set then the user will be allowed to login up to the given number of sessions. |
Concurrency Limit |
Enter the concurrency limit for users in this group in the Concurrency Limit field. Concurrency limit controls the number of sessions that can be active at the same time for a particular user. |
Session Timeout |
Enter the session timeout for users in this group in the Session Timeout field. The user’s session will be over after the session timeout. The time can be set in Seconds, Minutes, or Hours. |
Idle Timeout |
Enter the idle timeout for users in this group in Idle Timeout field. User's session will be closed if it is idle for the given time. The time can be set in Seconds, Minutes, or Hours. |
Download Rate |
Enter the bandwidth download rate for the users in the group in the Download Rate field. Select the unit for download rate. . The options are Kbps, Mbps, and Gbps. |
Upload Rate |
Enter the bandwidth upload rate for the users in the group in the Upload Rate field. Select the unit for upload rate. The options are Kbps, Mbps, and Gbps. |
Daily Download Quota |
Enter the daily download quota for the users in the group in the Daily Download Quota field. If the value is set then the user will be allowed to download data up to the given value on a given day. The options are KB, MB, and GB. |
Daily Upload Quota |
Enter the daily upload quota for the users in the group in the Daily Upload Quota field. If the value is set then the user will be allowed to upload data up to the given value on a given day. The options are KB, MB, and GB. |
Daily Time Usage Quota |
Enter the daily time usage quota for the users in the Daily Time Usage Quota field. If the value is set then user will be allowed to access internet for specified time period per day. The options are Seconds, Minutes, and Hours. |
Data Usage Quota |
Enter the total usage quota for the users in the group in the Data Usage Quota field. If the value is set, then the user will be allowed to upload and download up to the given value of quota. The options are KB, MB, and GB. |
Submit |
Click Submit button to save the changes. |
To edit a user
- Open web browser. Type 10.10.10.1 (gateway IP), or type http://login.secureunibox.com/(domain name) and press Enter.
- UNIBOX Administration screen appears. Click Authentication
- Click the List Users link (in the left pane) under Users Authentication:: List Users page appears.
- Click the name of the user to view the user details. Authentication:: User Details page appears.
5. Click the Edit Link (in the left pane). Authentication:: Edit User page appears.
6. Make the necessary changes, and click Update, to save the changes.
To Delete User
- Open web browser. Type 10.10.10.1 (gateway IP), or type http://login.secureunibox.com/(domain name) and press Enter.
- UNIBOX Administration screen appears. Click Authentication
- Click the List Users link (in the left pane) under Users Authentication:: List Users page appears.
- Click the Full Name of the user to view the user details. Authentication:: User Details page appears.
- Click the Delete Link (in the left pane). Authentication:: Delete User page appears.
- Click the Delete User button, to delete the user.
