How to create new email template in UniBox?

UNIBOX allows administrator to define a new email template. An email template will be used to send canned emails to the users who sign up or renew the service.

Predefined placeholders can be inserted in the template text to customize the email. Unibox will automatically insert the customer information in the placeholder while sending the email.

To create new email template in UNIBOX

  1. Open web browser. Type 10.10.10.1 (gateway IP), or type http://login.secureunibox.com/(domain name) and press Enter.
  2. UNIBOX Administration screen appears. Click Billing tab.
  3. Click New Email Template link (in left pane) under Email Templates link. The Billing:: New Email Template page appears.

Fields & Buttons

Description

Template Name

Enter the name of the email template in the Template Name field.

Template Subject

Enter the subject of the email in the Template Subject field.

Place Holder

Select the placeholder to insert in the email text from the Place Holder drop down menu.

Template Text

Enter a message in the Template Text field.

Submit

Click Submit to save the changes.
