How do I replace my defective product?
In-case your device is not functioning in the Warranty/Guarantee period follow the following process:
Step 1: If your device is not functioning, please contact Wifi-soft support team via:

STEP 2 - Support Engineer will troubleshoot and determine the severity of RMA:
Wifi-soft support engineer will work with you to troubleshoot the device and determine the problem of RMA.
NOTE: Your device must be UNDER WARRANTY or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) in order to qualify for a replacement.
STEP 3 - Register your product:
Please register your product details with Wifi-soft support engineer through E-mail, Phone, or Skype.
Kindly provide the following details:
- Email address (required for RMA approval)
- Phone number
- Ship to address (No P.O. boxes are accepted)
- Product part number, colour and capacity
- Date of purchase (required for WARRANTY eligibility)
- Place of purchase
- Serial number of product
- Proof of Purchase (may be required in certain cases)
STEP 4 - Support engineer will submit RMA request for approval, if device is qualified for replacement:
Wifi-soft support engineer will submit a request for RMA approval, after qualifying your device for replacement.
NOTE: Your RMA may be approved immediately, if you have contacted us via phone or chat. Standard RMA approval time is 24-48 business hours.
STEP 5 - Once RMA is approved:
Upon approval of your RMA, you will receive an e-mail from Wifi-soft support engineer, or receive a call which will mention:
- Approval Information
- Product Return Address
You are responsible for any expenses you may incur in delivering your defective product to Wifi-soft. All other expenses in relation to your approved warranty claim will be covered by Wifi-soft Pvt.Ltd.
