How to configure Receipt Printer with UniBox?

UNIBOX allows administrator to configure receipt printer options. This configuration which is set will appear on the printed receipt.

To configure Receipt Printer with UNIBOX

  1. Open web browser. Type 10.10.10.1 (gateway IP), or type http://login.secureunibox.com/(domain name) and press Enter.
  2. UNIBOX Administration screen appears. Click Billing tab.
  3. Click Printer Configuration link (in left pane) under Receipt Printer link. The Billing:: Receipt Printer Configuration Page appears.

Fields & Buttons

Description

Header

Enter a header name for the receipt printer in the Header field.

Footer

Enter a footer name for the receipt printer in the Footer field.

Phone

Enter a contact number in the Phone field.

Email

Enter a valid email id in the Email field.

Message

Enter a message for the users. Welcome message for guest.

Code Type

Select the type of receipt you want to print from the Code Type drop down menu. The options are:

·         User: When you select User from the Code Type drop down menu, you will get Username and Password printed on the receipt. Enter the validity for the user in the Validity field. It will define the users expiry date.

·         Prepaid: When you select Prepaid from the Code Type drop down menu, you will get prepaid code printed on the receipt.

Prepaid Title

When you select Prepaid from the Code Type drop down menu, then you can specify the title for the receipt in the Prepaid Title field.

Save

Click Save button to save the changes.
