How to Add/ Edit/ Delete/change Password of Admin Account.

To add a new admin account

  1. Click Admin tab.
  2. Click New Account link (in the left pane) under Account link. Admin :: New Account page appears.

Description

Username

Enter the username for the admin account in the Username field.

Password

Enter a password for the admin account in the Password field.

Re-Type Password

Re-enter the password in the Re-type Password field.

Account Name

Enter the first and the last name of the admin account holder in the Account Name field.

Email

Enter the email address of the admin in the Email field.

Show Authentication Users password

Select the Show Authentication Users Password check box to view the password of the UNIBOX user account.

Access Control

Administrators can create any number of admin accounts. The access control has four values:

Full control – When you select the Full Access radio button UNIBOX gives the account holder full access to the feature including delete.

Edit - When you select the Edit radio button, UNIBOX gives the account holder edit access to the feature.

Read Only - When you select the Read Only radio button, UNIBOX gives the account holder read-only access to the feature.

Hidden - When you select the Hidden radio button, UNIBOX hides the feature from the account holder, and account holder cannot view that feature.

To Edit an Admin Account

  1. Click Admin tab.
  2. Click List Accounts link (in the left pane) under Accounts Admin :: List Accounts page appears.
  3. Click on the account name. Account :: Edit Account page appears.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Submit to save the changes.

 

To Delete an Admin Account

  1. Click Admin tab.
  2. Click List Accounts link (in the left pane) under Accounts Admin :: List Accounts page appears.
  3. Click on the account name. Account :: Edit Account page appears.
  4. Click the Delete Account link (in the left pane). Admin :: Delete Account page appears.
  5. Click Delete Confirm Delete pop up will appear.
  6. Click Delete.

 

To change Account Password

  1. Click Admin tab.
  2. Click List Accounts link (in the left pane) under Accounts Admin :: List Accounts page appears.
  3. Click on the account name. Account :: Edit Account page appears.
  4. Click the Change Password link (in the left pane). Admin :: Change Password page appears.
  5. Enter the existing password in the Old Password
  6. Enter the new password for the account in the New Password
  7. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password
  8. Click Submit to save the changes.
