How to Add/Edit/Delete User Attribute

Add new User Attribute

To add new user attribute

  1. Click the Admin drop down menu link (in the left pane).
  2. Click New User Attributes tab under User Attributes link (in the left pane). New User Attributes page appears.

New User Attribute

  3. Enter the name of the Attribute in the Attribute Name

  4. Enter a short description for the user attribute in the Description

  5. Select Is Available check box if the user attribute is available.

  6. Click Submit to save the changes made.

 

Edit User Attribute

To edit User Attributes

  1. Click the Admin drop down menu link (in the left pane).
  2. Click List User Attributes tab under User Attributes link (in the left pane). List User Attributes page appears.
  3. Click the blue edit button under Operations column in the List User Attributes Edit User Attributes page will appear.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click Submit to save the changes made.

Delete User Attribute

To delete User Attribute

  1. Click the Admin drop down menu link (in the left pane).
  2. Click List User Attributes tab under User Attributes link (in the left pane). List User Attributes page appears.
  3. Click the red delete button under Operations column in the List User Attributes
  4. Delete Confirmation pop up will appear. Click Delete.
