How to add/ edit/delete Users?

Add user

To add User

  1. Click on Authentication drop down link.
  2. Click New Users tab under Users link (in the left pane). New Users page is displayed.

Description

Authentication Information

Username

Enter a unique username in the Username field. It must be of minimum 6 characters and maximum of 31 characters.

Password

Enter a password in the Password field. It must be of minimum 6 characters.

Re-Type Password

Re-enter the password in the Re-Type Password field.

Plan

Select the plan of the user from the Plan drop down menu.

User Group

Select the user group to which the user belongs from the User Group drop down menu.

General Information

Full Name

Enter the full name of the user in the Full Name field.

Email

Enter a valid email id of the user in the Email field.

Address

Enter the address of the user in the Address field.

City

Enter the name of the city of the user in the City field.

State

Select the name of the state of the user from the State drop down menu, or if it is not there in the drop down list, then enter the name of the state in the Other field.

Zip Code

Enter the zip code in the Zip Code field.

Country

Select the name of the country of the user from the Country drop down menu.

Home Phone

Enter the residential phone number of the user in the Home Phone field.

Cell Phone

Enter the cellular phone number of the user in the Cel Phone field.

Work Phone

Enter the Work phone number of the user in the Work Phone field.

Hotspot

Enter the name of the location in the Location Name field.

Hotspot

Restrict User to this Location

Select the name of the hotspot (location) from the Hotspot drop down menu. Check box to restrict the user to the hotspot (location) selected in the above field.

Apt/Unit Number

Enter the Apt/Unit number in the Apt/Unit Number field.

Edit User

To edit User

  1. Click the List Users tab under Users link (in the left pane).
  2. Click the blue Edit button in the Operations column in the table. Edit User page appears.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Click Save to save the changes made.

Delete User

To delete User

  1. Click the List Users tab under Users link (in the left pane).
  2. Click the red Delete button in the table. The delete confirmation pop up appears.
  3. Click Delete.
