How to Send Receipts/ Send Invoice/ Customize Receipts

Receipt

WiFiLan provides administrator to send receipts, send invoice, and customize receipts.

Send Receipts

To send billing receipts

  1. Click the Billing drop down link (in the left pane).
  2. Click Send Receipts tab under Receipt link (in the left pane). Send Payment Receipt page will be displayed.

  3. Select user location from the User Location drop down menu. And click Select

  4. Select the billing user from the Billing User drop down menu. And click Select

  5. Select the user’s transaction from the User Transaction drop down menu.

  6. Enter the email address of the user in the From Address

  7. Enter a subject for the bill payment receipt in the Subject

  8. Click Send to send the receipt to the user.

 

Send Invoice

To send invoice

  1. Click the Billing drop down link (in the left pane).
  2. Click Send Invoice tab under Receipt link (in the left pane). Send Payment Receipt will be displayed.

  3. Select user location from the User Location drop down menu. And click Select.

  4. Select the billing user from the Billing User drop down menu. And click Select.

  5. Enter the email address of the user in the From Address.

  6. Enter a subject for the bill payment receipt in the Subject

  7. Click Send to send the invoice to the user.

 

Customize Receipts

To customize the receipt

  1. Click the Billing drop down link (in the left pane).
  2. Click Customize Receipt tab under Receipt link (in the left pane). Customize Receipt page will be displayed.

  3. Select the type of the receipt to customize from Receipt Type drop down menu. The options are:

  • HTML
  • PDF

  4. Click Select button under Upload Logo Select the desired logo from the location.

Note: Only .jpeg and jpg image formats can be selected.

  5. Enter a header title for the receipt in the Header box.

  6. Enter a footer line for the receipt in the Footer box.

  7. Click Save to save the changes.
