Configure Unibox 3.1 with G-Suite
Use the G-suite setup Wizard
You can set up G-Suite for your organization quickly and easily with the G-Suite setup wizard. After you sign up for your G-Suite account, you can access the setup wizard in your Google Admin console. The setup wizard is ideal for configuring G Suite for small and medium businesses, and for running a G-Suite pilot with a few users.
Sign in to your Admin console:
If you have access to an administrator account, you can sign in to the Google Admin console.The Admin console is where administrators manage Google services for people in an organization.
To go to your Admin console:

In any web browser, go to admin.google.com.

Starting from the sign-in page, enter your administrator account name and password.

An administrator account has privileges to manage services for other people in your organization.The Admin console is only available when you're signed in to an administrator account. If you don't have access to an administrator account, get help from someone else who does.
4. If you see a list of Google accounts on the sign-in page, be sure to choose an administrator account (it does not end in @gmail.com).

1.Register your application for Admin SDK in Google API Console
2.Enable API and Services
3. API is enabled then select available project or create new project
4. Select any created project
5. After selecting Project Search Admin SDK and click on Manage and enable it
6. Go to Admin SDK panel
Select the credentials tab, click the create credentials button and select OAuth client ID
7. At the top of the page , select the OAuth consent screen tab. Select an email address, enter a product name if not already set, and click the save button.

9. Set the application type as a Web Application and enter Authorized redirect URL's as a
“https://office3.wifi-soft.com/unibox/authentication/oauth2callback.php and save it.
10. Click the file_download (Download JSON) button to the right of the client ID.
11. Login with G-suite Account with Username and Password
12. Admin can add users through Add user functionality button and can view added users.
13. Create a New User through Google.

15. Also you can create G-suite User through Unibox by Add new G-suite user window
Configure Unibox 3.0 with G-suite

Navigate to Authentication >> External Services >> Gsuite

Select downloaded Client Secret (JSON) file and upload it through upload functionality.

Click on Save Button.
Sync Gsuite with Sync G-suite button
To sync the UniBox database with G-Suite, click on the Sync button. Admin is redirected to Google page for validation using the client secret key that was uploaded in G-Suite configuration.
If the login is successful, UniBox will sync the user records and will import the users in the local database.
Click on Allow Button.
After click on sync will see G-suite users.
Admin can Import it to any available groups listed in User group.
User Imported successfully.
After import user listed in G-suite User list
Admin can perform various operations like Edit,delete and Reset password.
