How to import external users?

For external users entry, we can import users in unibox
Steps to import users in unibox - 

Step 1 - Create CSV file

The file format should be like this

Fields	Description
Unique ID	The unique id of user(e.g registration id or MIS no. Of user)
Name	Name of the user
Cell phone	Cell phone number of the user
Email ID	Email id of the user
Department Name	Department name of the user( e.g Computer, IT)
Creation Date	User creation date.

Step 2 - Navigate to the Authentication>>External services>>External users>>Import users

Step 3 - Click on Import user

Fields	Description
Controller Profile	Select the specific controller
Group Name	Select the specific group name
File to Import	Select the CSV file
