Importing external data for user registration

Step 1 - Customer/Superadmin can import new external users by adding user details in CSV format. For that you need to upload CSV file containing user data by navigating to Authentication>>Users>>List Users>>Import and click on Submit

Step 2 - Navigate to List External Users to view the details of imported external users

Step 3 - You can authenticate External user by configuring External user portal. For that navigate to Authentication>>Captive portal

Step 4 - Connect to concern SSID and you will be redirected to Pop up portal window. Select External user portal and click on Register then fill the details and click on Submit button

Step 5 - Click on Go online button to get internet access

Step 6 - Navigate to Authentication>>Users>>List Users . You will see the entry of external user with User type as FREE. The green dot indicates User is Online.
