Step 1 - Login with Customer credentials and navigate to Monetization>>Survey
Step 2 - Create New Survey Question by filling data in all/required fields and click on Submit

| Name | Give name to survey |
| Question | Enter your survey question here |
| Category | You can either select existing category or you can also add new category |
| Option Type | Select appropriate option type from list of given option types |
Step 3 - All configured questions will be visible in Monetization>>Survey>>List Survey Question
Step 4 - Create new survey by selecting appropriate survey question, fill information in other all/required fields in Monetization>>Survey>>New Survey and click on Submit

| Survey Name | Give name to survey |
| Category | Select category of questions that you want to add in survey |
| Questions | Select questions that you want to add in survey |
| Is Active | Enable Is Active to activate survey |
| Repeat on other networks | Enable this flag to repeat your survey on other networks |
Step 5 - All configured Surveys will be visible in Monetization>>Survey>>List Survey
Step 6 - Create New Survey Campaign by selecting appropriate Survey, Network, Display Hours, Date Range, Display Days and enable Is active. After clicking on Submit, your survey will be created.

| Campaign Name | Give name to your campaign |
| Select Survey | Select survey that you want to add in survey campaign |
| Select Network | Select networks on which you want to show your survey |
| Display Hours | Survey will be displayed only on selected hours |
| Date Range | Survey will be displayed only on given |
| Display Days | Survey will be displayed only on given date range |
| Is Active | Enable Is Active to make survey status as Active |
Step 7 - All Created Survey Campaigns will be visible in Monetization>>Survey>>List Survey Campaign
Step 8 - After configuring surveys we need to integrate them with captive portal. To do so, enable survey on captive portal from Authentication>>Captive Portals>>List Portal>>Edit Portal>>Monetize
Step 9 – To see/answer configured Survey, connect to concern SSID and Survey will appear on pop- up portal window
