Step 1 - Login with Customer credentials
Step 2 - Navigate to Admin>>Templates>>New Email Template
Step 3 - You can create New Email Template as follows
| Fields and Buttons | Description |
| Template Name | Enter the name of template |
| template Subject | Mention the subject of template |
| From email | You will get email from anything@wios.wifi-soft.com |
| Network | Select your desired network from drop down list |
| Category | Select the category of template from drop down list |
| Place Holder | Select place holders you want into your email from drop down |
| Template Text | Enter the text of template |
| Submit | Click Submit to save changes you made |
Step 4 - To view the list of configured templates click on List Email Templates
Step 5 - You can create new SMS templates. For that navigate to New SMS Template
| Fields and Buttons | Description |
| Location | Select the Network/Hotspot for which you want to configure SMS template |
| Category | Select the category for which you are configuring the templates |
| Place Holder | Select place holders you want into your email from drop down |
| Template Text | Enter the text of template |
| Submit | Click Submit to save changes you made |
Step 6 - To view the list of configured SMS template, click on List SMS Templates.
Step 7 - To get an Alerts and notifications for the Payment and registration success you need to
configure alerts by enabling Email and SMS flags for particular category. Click on Submit
